Hi Janke, when setting up global admin accounts in office 365 for admin purposes, which type of account should be used as best practice on-prem AD or cloud account? we have one account for “break glass” in the event if AD goes down. Would appreciate your help on this if you can! thanks Chirag
I always provision cloud admin users as Cloud Users not synced users.
